Making my claim/s ... so so easy!
Due to no fault of mine - I've had the unfortunate bad luck of three accidents in eight months. I am now naming my car 'The Magnet' - but hopefully that's my 'three' and no more!
Each claim was so so easy - no stress! And no filling in forms was/is a huge bonus too.

Quick claim process
I submitted a claim for damage caused to my car in a shopping centre car park as we all know this is a common occurrence. Budget staff were quick and efficient with the processing of my claim. My car was assessed and repaired quicker than I imagined. Budgets premium is very competitive as I tend to shop around for best price best service hence the 5* rating.

I suffered some storm damage along with thousands of others during the recent hail event. I contacted Budget who guided me through the claims process and submitted quotations for work to be done. This was approved in a timely fashion and staff were polite, helpful and professional.

I compared Budget Direct with many other car insurance providers, however I got the best deal from Budget Direct, they don't even boast about how affordable their insurance is, compared to other. It was a no brainer deal ,I saved 800 AUD by switching from my previous car insurer.

Someone bumped on my parked car but luckily I had taken budget direct insurance 2 weeks earlier. Budget direct have handled my claim process really well and they are cheap as compared to others with the same cover level.

Watch out "Big Insurance'!
Budget Direct offered me a policy like-for-like saving me over $170 a year. My previous "Big Insurance" would put my premium up year on year for the past 4 by $11 a month whilst reducing the agreed value of the vehicle. The reason provided every single time was "Crime Rate in the LGA you live" I obtained current crime rate statistics for my area and it shows a downward trend of over 20% over the 4 years. Escalations regarding the continued price hikes did nothing as they finally admitted that there was no reason for the price rise, however, they were unable to change this. Pay the increase premium or move. I elected the latter.
