Cheerfully fulfilling commitments
We have been with Budget Direct for 4 months & had our first claim ever on our house. We were staggered with the support, helpfulness & efficiency of their response. Refreshing & drawing. We wouldn’t consider anyone else now.

Staff easy to talk to!
Felt I lost out on making claim, would have been cheaper if I didn’t. Budget took how I felt about the situation and helped me ease the financial burden by negotiating with me. Never had service like it

Communication lacking
Lack of communication between the assessor and Budget resulted in a long claims process, only being resolved after 2 months after initial lodgement. It is unsatisactory that I should need to keep calling every few days to get an update.

Better cover for half the price!
I am so happy I finally looked into changing car insurers, I now have better insurance coverage for literally half the price I was paying. Sarah helped me understand what would be best for me and insurance I needed without overselling.

Easy online process and great price
The online process at Budget was very smooth and easy to understand. There were no annoying sales calls after asking for a quote and it is all laid out on the website. No jumping through hoops to get the quote! And they were very competitive price wise!

Simple on the phone process
After my car was badly damaged by hail, I was very impressed with the simple claims process.The consultant was sympathetic and listened while I explained exactly what happened .
After a couple of days I was called back with information where to take my car to get asessed and then it didn’t take more then a few days to find out the result ,in my case it was written off .
It took about a week for the money minus the excess to be deposited in my account .

I completed the claim on line. I then contacted budget to go over a few things I did not understand . They explained in a friendly efficient manor and helped me complete my claim. The whole process was very simple. They then sent me the repairers closest to me which I was able to choose the one I wanted. I rang the repairer booked a time to get it assessed which was am easy process I booked my car to get repaired it was finished a day early.THe repairs were done to a high standard I would highly recommend Budget

Great Value
BudgetDirect provided the best value offering for my family (3 drivers under the age of 24). Cover is comparable with other providers however cost is significantly cheaper. BudgetDirect seem to understand that young drivers also require insurance at a reasonable price.
