The process to enroll my claim, book the assessment, conduct the assessment, book in the repair date and complete the repairs was extremely quick, easy and professional. From accident to driving away with my repaired vehicle was only 2 weeks and this included a week in repairs.

Within the first few months we had to make a claim for a car incident. Very surprised with the prompt action on our repairs and extdemely satisfied with the preferred repairers quality work. They even cleaned and vaccuumed the vehicle before we picked it up! Thanks Budget Direct!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Smooth claim for Windshield My claim for windshield replacement was processed by phone on Sat morning. I was informed that it'll take 4 days to process but by Mon morning, I received a phone call from the windscreen repairer booking me for Tue, the next day. The Budget customer service and the appointed repairer were very efficient and professional when dealing with me. The high rating is for the efficiency in handling my request and turnaround (response) time. The bonus is having to deal with real professionals.

From start to finish I had to constantly call for updates and it was only due to my calls that prompted things to happened. This was so stressful and such a hassle. I felt like I was managing the claim for them. Never again budget. I've moved on.

After paying a car insurance for one year and a half, we had a first claim for which they gave us a very unfair and unprofessional treatment. Budget Direct did not have their terms of conditions clear one year ago, and know we are suffering the consequences of being refused for being foreigners. They refused the payment of our claim, canceled our insurance, and don’t even want to reimburse us the annual cost we payed. Moreover, they do not comply with the times they compromise, having to push for a quick solution, always being us who contact them. You may be paying a lower price for an insurance with Budget Direct, but you will end paying the consequences, as now we are.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Seamless claim process From my initial contact with a claims officer when asking questions about the process as I had not made an accident claim for many years I found that lady to be most helpful and dealt with my questions about excess payment and possible premium increase due to claim when the accident was not my fault in a most positive manner. This was followed through to the damage assessment person at the Assessment Centre who was very pleasant and dealt with this quickly.

Just a simple phone call to Budget claims people and they lodged the details into their system no forms or silly questions, lady was quite helpful actually. Got an email virtually same day saying approved repairer will make contact , good service indeed from Budget.

They would also consider your loyalty of the company e.g. unchanged star rating even if you make a claim. Highly recommended it to my family and friends for their competitive prices as well. Keep up the good work budget direct.

The crash repairer that repaired my car was just as professional and the whole process was Quick & Easy. I would highly recommend Budget Direct - Extremely happy!!

I was promised on two occasions that BD would get back to me within 24 hours, this on one occasion was well over a week and I contacted them. Even though the repairers did a great job they were a great distance from my home and I feel that BD should have repairers in more areas not limited to just a few
