competive quote and superb service
I had rang 4 or 5 companies to obtain quotes. Budget was not the cheapest but the level of service provided by Elle was not matched by any of the others. Service is important.

Nadine (the agent) went above and beyond in helping me through the process. At first, my application was declined when I submitted it online, because I did not have a NSW drivers license. When I called, Nadine spent over an hour on the phone with me trying to find alternative solution. She contacted her supervisor in order to help me. At the end, I got comprehensive insurance at the same price as I was quoted online. I think this is the best example of "Customer comes first" approach. A+++ to you Nadine!

I went online looking for car insurance. As I hadn't bought or insured a car a great many years I was uncertain about the process. I found that it was easy to do and I got exactly what I needed. I did have to ring up about a concern but the person on the telephone was extremely helpful and it was all cleared up very quickly

Easy to Follow Sales Process
I was pleasantly surprised with the ease of buying car insurance for my and my daughter's car from Budget Direct. Not only did I save money, I believe I have better features such as a lower excess and cost of windscreen replacement for a lower monthly payment.
I am very satisfied with the whole experience and look forward to being a Budget Direct customer for a very long time.

Smooth sales process
Everything was easy to understand and do. The only confusing part was the payment. I thought it was going to be immediately but it's still in process and I had to save my bank/credit card details in my online account. I would rather have another option which is to pay immediately without automatic/program debit as I'm paying the whole amount at once.

Seamless Sales process
I was trying to review my premiums for my car insurance prior to renewing my policy with Coles Car insurance and was surprised that i could save $200 /year. I hope that premiums with Budget Direct will not rise unreasonably though. Will wait and see.
