Clear and smooth online process
Having organized 2 other policies this year; I was keen to consolidate all my insurances with one vendor. Budget Direct (online quoting and processing) was easy and relatively hassle-free. However; above all, it was really competitively priced.

Easy quote application.
getting a quote was very easy and the result was very competitive. When speaking to their staff with a telephone query, they were very helpful.
I had a policy with Budget about 8 years ago and a claim for a no fault accident, the claim was resolved and the car repaired without any problems.

The on-line process was good and queries were courteously handled by the Chat Line.
Obviously competitive pricing was the initial attraction but terms are better than policy it placed -
excess, CMV.
