Great product, great call centre, with one issue
The car insurance option at budget direct leads to great savings. The call centre staff are very friendly and helpful. The only issue so far is that I had to spend a few days going back and fourth sending documents because their staff did not know how to open a pdf which undermines budget directs commitment to easy online services.
