Not worth it.
They took over 2 weeks to process my claim regardless of getting all of my information and paperwork within 24 hours of the initial claim request. They said it would take 2 days at the most, so I gave the other party an unrealistic time frame as they needed a hire car and couldn't. They said they would call back and never did - I had to continuously chase it up.

Budget by name and budget by service.
Our car had to return to be repaired twice.
When this was brought to the attention of budget direct we were left for days with no follow up, the only action we saw was when I had to call through and follow up with the complaint.
The car was hit on the front right head light with damage clearly on the guard, when we finally received our car the front bar and light had been fixed but the damage to the guard was still there with no attempt to fix it at all.
I am seriously concerned about the standard of our repair considering that this damaged to the guard was missed, what else has the "repairer" missed?
The assessor assigned to us was barely interested in assisting with the second repair and wouldn't inspect the car until we brought it back to the inept "repairer" ourselves.
Extremely poor service all round, Budget by name and budget by service.
