Clear and smooth online process
Having organized 2 other policies this year; I was keen to consolidate all my insurances with one vendor. Budget Direct (online quoting and processing) was easy and relatively hassle-free. However; above all, it was really competitively priced.

At every step in the process the Budget Direct team provided clear, uncomplicated guidance and support. The repairs were undertaken by a Budget Direct preferred body shop local to me and my vehicle is as good as new. Everyone was friendly and polite throughout the process. No drama, no worries!

getting a quote was very easy and the result was very competitive. When speaking to their staff with a telephone query, they were very helpful.
I had a policy with Budget about 8 years ago and a claim for a no fault accident, the claim was resolved and the car repaired without any problems.

Claim flowed through quickly. Was unhappy the assesor slowed the approval process down slightly due to wanting the repairer to source and use cheaper aftermarket parts instead of the genuine OEM parts I wanted used on my car. Otherwise happy with the overall process.
