Brilliant customer service
I went through compare the market & budget came up, so i went and did abit of research did a online quote then i called because i was happy with my quote then they made it so easy i pay $40 fortnightly for full comp plus $80 a year for roadside, who would've thought its that easy, simple & great for PRICE now as a uni student and working causal this was a car insurance policy i could afford.
Thank Budget made my life better.

They approve your claim, no problem
The claims process works... just slow. 8 weeks from accident till car was at repairer. There wasn’t a concern about them paying. But given the accident happened in a car park and we were stationary, there were ‘at fault’ complications. Still not sure whether the witness was called but we paid the excess and the car got fixed. Not sure whether I will renew.

My customer service agent was excellent. Personable yet completely professional. Knowing I had three vehicles to cover, I was completely prepared with all details. I would encourage you to be prepared with as much detail as possible to make the process easy for all parties. Overall, this was an easy and relaxed process with policies arriving via email within half an hour.
