Great Service
I suffered some storm damage along with thousands of others during the recent hail event. I contacted Budget who guided me through the claims process and submitted quotations for work to be done. This was approved in a timely fashion and staff were polite, helpful and professional.
I could not be happier with Budget

Slightly difficult due to the extent of damages
The claim process was straight forward in the beginning . Given the complexity of the audio video components claimed and costs only contributed to further delays.
Budget Direct engaged the services of ARC contractors to provide assessment reports. These reports were found to be inaccurate particularly when seeking replacement items. This ultimately added further delays in settling the claim.

Cheerfully fulfilling commitments
We have been with Budget Direct for 4 months & had our first claim ever on our house. We were staggered with the support, helpfulness & efficiency of their response. Refreshing & drawing. We wouldn’t consider anyone else now.

Communication lacking
Lack of communication between the assessor and Budget resulted in a long claims process, only being resolved after 2 months after initial lodgement. It is unsatisactory that I should need to keep calling every few days to get an update.
