Landlord insurance
Cheap and easy comprehensive landlord insurance. Covers everything that a landlord needs, tenant damage, skipping out on rent and replacing alliances if/ when required. I would recommend to another whip is looking for this type of insurance. NB: I have yet to make a claim.

Extremely easy process to complete
We chose Budget Direct after a very unsatisfactory claim experience with another company and Budget Direct was rated as the best value home & contents insurer in a recent Readers Digest poll. Hopefully, we will not need to make a claim in the future.

Ideal for Landlords
I took out a basic landlord insurance package with Budget Direct and am not surprised they have won multiple awards over the last two years. The wait times are way below what you'd expect to reach a call centre which is great, the sales reps actually delivering the products speak clearly and without any accents so you feel like you're dealing with a reputable Australian company and the package itself price wise was very very competitive yet didn't lack too many features.
