Completely smooth process
My previous insurer took their call centre off shore so decided to change. Fould out Budget Direct was Australian owned and call centre in Australian as well. Dealt with call centre and would give AAA rating.

Very quick and well priced
We were looking for better priced house and contents insurance. Prices with our previous insurer were increasing every year and becoming unaffordable. I suggested we try Budget and a couple of others online. Budget was the best priced and easy to use. We saved about $500 for a much higher amount. Well done Budget!

The pYment did not come out of account
Payment did not come out of my bank account. The payment was suppose to come out fortnightly and it didn’t come out. So not sure why but not happy about that.
