Simple, Convenient and Customer focused
Budget Direct offers insurance products that are comprehensive, simple to understand and great value. All commercial comparisons such as comparethemarket.com.au highlight the great value that Budget Direct provides. Fortunately I haven't had to make a claim on any of my Budget Direct policies, but given the professional and efficient sales process, I'm confident our needs will be addressed promptly and effectively if and when the time comes.

Fairly straight forward process
I was happy not to be kept waiting long on the phone. I waited less than a minute to speak to an operator regarding my car policy. I recently purchased Home Contents on-line. Now I would like to see if I get any added discount when I renew my vehicle insurance because I have another policy with Budget Direct. Time will tell.

Excellent online application
First time with Budget Direct. We choose budget for our Home & Contents insurance. Their online application is super easy and quick to join at an affordable price including extra cover. Compared to my previous insurance company, I was paying so much more with no extra cover. Never made a claim in the whole time with them which was over 10yrs.
Highly recommend Budget but in saying that haven’t dealt with them to make a claim. Hopefully if and when I do need to make a claim it will be as super easy as joining them.
