Fast, efficient service.
After an unfortunate encounter with a motor vehicle, the bicycle was quickly assessed and the claims process went smoothly. Budget Direct have a department that knows bikes and what is required for repairs. I don’t think many other other companies would be bothered.

Good process, self explanatary.
Just a bit of a catch. Offered an incentive gift but then there is strings attached only having the insurance for 60 etc. Once you paid for it I know cooling off period but the agreement should stand. I have previously had a not so good experience with Auto and General.
